FAQ'S - For the consumer
Can I trust the Truly Organic label?
Yes. Every Truly Organic product is verified through a continuous, multi-layer certification system. This means what you see on the label has been actively checked, validated, and upheld — not assumed.
Are Truly Organic products traceable?
Yes. Every product can be traced back to its source through documented chain-of-custody systems. This ensures full transparency from farm to consumer. If you would like to confirm the organic integrity of your product simply navigate to "Consumer Helpline" at the top of your page and follow the steps outlined.
How do you ensure products are genuinely organic?
We control the process from farm through to final handling. Every stage is monitored, documented, and traceable — ensuring that products remain organic not only at origin, but throughout their entire journey.
Can products lose their certification?
Yes. If a producer fails to maintain the required standard, certification is removed. Our system is designed to protect integrity at all times — not preserve certification for convenience.
How do you prevent shortcuts or false claims?
Through layered verification. Farms are reviewed by multiple independent mechanisms, including peer inspections and unannounced checks. This makes it extremely difficult to misrepresent practices or bypass the system.

Organizational Structure
FAQ's - For the farmer
Is Truly Organic certification recognised by buyers and retailers?
Yes. Our certification is built on internationally aligned standards and a rigorous verification system. Retailers and buyers trust Truly Organic because our process is structured, transparent, and continuously enforced — ensuring that certified produce consistently meets organic expectations.
How is this different from other certification systems?
Traditional systems rely on periodic audits and high cost structures. Truly Organic operates through a Participatory Guarantee System (PGS), combining peer review, continuous verification, and multi-layer oversight. The result is a system that is both more accessible and more actively enforced.
Is the certification affordable?
Truly Organic is designed to remove cost as a barrier to entry. Our model allows farmers to access high-integrity certification without the excessive costs typically associated with traditional systems — without compromising on credibility or rigour.
Will I need to change how I farm?
If your practices are aligned with organic principles, the transition is straight forward. Where adjustments are required, we provide clear guidance to help you meet the standard.
Do you support farmers beyond certification?
Yes. Truly Organic goes beyond certification by helping position farmers within the market. We create direct routes to buyers and ensure that our network prioritises Truly Organic certified producers.
